About the Podcast: "Know for Sure," hosted by the charismatic comedian B. Simone and her best friend and business partner Megan Brooks, delves into the complexities and joys of a 20-year-long friendship. Each week, they engage in candid conversations about life, love, and personal growth, sharing experiences that have strengthened their bond despite leading vastly different lives. From navigating public life and love to embracing family and stability, B. Simone and Megan embark on a journey of self-discovery and invite their audience to join in.

The Campaign: The third campaign for the "Know for Sure Podcast" marked the launch of a new merchandise line, bringing a fresh palette of light peachy pink, olive greens, and greys, along with a standout black graphic tee. The collection, featuring matching sets, new sweats, and graphic patterns, paid homage to the vibrancy of the 1990s.

For the e-commerce images, we maintained the brand's cohesive visual style established in the first campaign. However, the aesthetic launch material took a bold turn with color-blocking techniques, immersing the studio in the collection's primary hues: peachy pink, green, and light grey.

Project Insight: The campaign's highlight was the rich-toned, warm section, where I employed a wide-angle lens to create funky 90s-esque distortion reminiscent of early skateboarding videos. This choice not only added dynamism to the shots but also tied in with the nostalgic feel of the collection. In post-processing, I introduced a subtle red/cyan color shift at the edges of the images, evoking a vintage VHS effect.

This artistic approach not only showcased the merchandise in a visually striking manner but also captured the essence of the podcast's lively and retro-inspired spirit. The campaign was a celebration of past and present – a perfect blend of nostalgia and contemporary style, mirroring the podcast's unique blend of humor, candidness, and modern-day relevance.
